GhouldGuitars is a family-owned business that began by providing custom guitar-making services and repairs for friends and family, which eventually grew into the company it is today.

Our Mission

Since its founding, GhouldGuitar has strived to make the best possible product for musicians. Our range of offerings has expanded to encompass over 30 different body types, a variety of woods, pickups, hardware, and electronics, all with the aim of providing quality instruments for any level of experience.

What is your return policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can do an exchange, but there's no full refund. Custom Orders are strictly no refund. Customer is responsible for all shipping, insurance and bank charges that may occur.

What is GhouldGuitars shipping policy?

We usually ship by UPS or Canada Post With the high quality of instruments that we offer it is recommended that we use this safe and reliable method of shipping. On special request, we will try to accommodate all special shipping requests. All shipments are fully insured. Customer pays all shipping, insurance and any bank charges, including any returned merchandise. All insurance claims are the responsibility of the customer.

**48 hour approval period on all shipped guitars. Buyer pays return shipping and original shipping will not be refunded.
